Therapy is a process that can guide you in assuming control over the direction of your own life, in feeling happier, in achieving relaxation, and in determining your own positive path to growth and well-being.

As a cognitive-behavioral therapist, my goal is to help you understand the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how these patterns affect other areas of your life.  While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve current challenges. We can explore long-standing behavior patterns or negative thoughts and perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
